My psychotherapeutic approach is founded in cognitive-behavioral philosophy and utilizes a model which recognizes and incorporates the biological, psychological, sociological, and spiritual/existential aspects of the individual.

I view psychotherapy as a collaborative undertaking where you and I partner in exploring and forging your path. Communication is free flowing, direct and respectful in nature. Together we set realistic goals for your journey and from time to time we pause and evaluate your progress to make sure that our direction still makes sense.
